Organizer-
Work Goals
My long term goal is to transition out of the nonprofit world and into working with individuals or organizations that inspire me. That includes working in entertainment as an assistant in production or working one on one as a personal assistant.
Three words I would use to describe myself at work:
Organizer-
- I am organized with my tasks, making sure I know deadlines and being able to rearrange when needed to add in new projects.
- I keep my team organized by knowing their schedules, their due dates for large projects and make sure they have everything they need to accomplish their jobs.
Confidant –
- Maintaining client confidentiality is a top priority for my position, many individuals that visit my job are seeking help in some form or another and we provide it with no judgement.
- I am a sounding board to staff when they have questions about their projects.
- I am also someone my team knows is a neutral ear, that wont repeat their issues, should they need to vent about an outside situation.
Malleable-
- I am always willing to learn something new, whether its a new way to do something I already know or learning a new skill.
